EVENT MARKETING AT MO'S

We want your event to kick ass, in order to help you promote your show please provide us the following content AND ensure you follow the below checklist as a guide to minimum event marketing for your show.    Please note that we cannot put your tickets on sale UNTIL this form is completed.

MARKETING CHECKLIST 

This checklist should be completed as soon as the event is confirmed with the venue. 

 

It is crucial to the success of your event that you complete this checklist as a minimum marketing strategy for your show.  

We expect all shows to promote across their socials regularly in the lead up to the show.  Mo's marketing campaigns for every show include paid promotion, EDM's, socials and online marketing.  We expect you to do the same.  Please tick the relevant boxes below to let us know what you have done or are doing to promote your show. 

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AT MO’S (we try and not have many!)

 

  • All show tickets through to show reconciliation are GST inclusive.  To claim the full show reconciliation amount you will need to be GST registered.  Alternately will need to claim the ex GST amount via a Statement of Supplier.  For any accounts questions hit up our accounts team at accounts@mosdesertclubhouse.com

  • Mo’s has now removed the ‘30 ticket minimum to run’ gig policy and will not cancel your show based on low ticket numbers from here on in

  • If the artist/promoter opts to cancel the show for any reason outside of a 12 week window, there will be a $300.00 + GST charge to cancel (goes some way to help cover loss of trade, refund admin time and marketing expense outlaid. Not ideal though of course!).  If the show is cancelled at 3 days or under to show date the fee will be $750 + GST to cover staffing, admin and marketing expenses.  We will send invoice to headline band/promoter for payment

  • Sat or Sun matinee gig shows are a discounted $200 for tech and $2 per head to the venue (includes backline/PA/lights/greenroom/rider/front door person/paid promo help etc)

  • Thu/Fri and Sun night shows will now all be at a fee of $300 for tech and $3 per head venue charge (venue provisions outlined in venue info sheet or above).  The $ph venue fee will be removed on a sellout.  Full day shows or outdoor activations will incur additional fees.

  • The Food Truck will run at Mo's for your gig providing presale tickets are more than 30 tickets sold midweek before the event (please note that this may vary during Feb / March 2023 due to construction)
