STAFF AGREEMENT I agree to the following: * Required

Provide Friendly + Fun Service to Patrons

Uphold Venue Regulations (RSA/Smoking/Emergency/Licensing)

Do my part in ensuring a safe space for everyone, patrons, artists, staff

I understand my role and my duties involve service, cleaning & a variety of venue duties - these have been outlined to me

I understand protocols around safety - First address with manager, director or if in doubt call 000

I understand my breaks are paid and I am entitled to 15 minues on a shift less than 6 hours / 2 x 15 for shifts over 2 hours - these will be directed to me by my manager

Not be intoxicated whilst working, I understand I am allowed two drinks throughout / after my shift only

I will not give away free drinks to patrons - I understand that I am able to have 50% off drinks when I am not working

I will limit the use of my mobile during my shift, if I need to use my phone I will ask my manager to do so on my break. I will not use my phone behind the bar whilst service is open
