About the event
It’s Wet Season in the Desert and the Oasis is near. Come see us Thursday 24/11/22 at Mo's Desert Clubhouse to have your thirst quenched.
East Coast 4-piece, Wet Season, channel variously wild upbringings amongst idyllic coconut-lined and sugar-cane surrounded Far Northern Queensland towns, into a fresh blend of gazey, guitar soaked, fuzzy alt-rock. After forming in 2020 alongside the release of their debut track, the band found a common love for noisey guitars and post-punk energy, and saw them delve into the DIY scene.
Fresh off the back of a slew of local support shows - warming the pub for the likes of Beddy Rays, Loser, Raave Tapes and Wharves - their sweaty, energy-fueled live performances and raw improv jams are fastly becoming distinctive oddities amongst the local circuit.
Featuring Wet Season, Liquid Contours and Bonnie Kelly.
