About the event
Queensland’s longest-running heavy and alternative festival DEAD OF WINTER returns after an extended hiatus on Sat 27 Jun 2026 at the Mansfield Tavern, hosting a mammoth 34 act lineup.
What began as a home for heavy music, dark art and alt culture, Dead of Winter Festival has become more than a music event, evolving into a full-scale celebration uniting fans of heavy through premium band performance, art, horror cosplay, dark markets, visual installations and immersive experiences.
